Joker from the live action (tokusatsu) series Robotkeiji What are Chara-Wheels, you ask? Simply an awesome co-production between Bandai and Hot Wheels. The packages look just like Hot Wheels (except for the Japanese, of course), but the detail and subjects of Chara-Wheels are much much cooler, usually anime or tokusatsu (Masked Rider, etc.) characters.
